I Almost Stole

I am part of a pretty poor family that can barely keep our family afloat. My father tried incredibly hard to pay for my education but I took it for granted. I wasn’t very studious and ended up giving up on studies in spite of the proven fact that my dad tried so problematical to pay for it.

A long time has passed since i quit college and I frequently look back on my call with a feeling of sadness. Straight after i quit college I found a job. I gave too much weight to work that I did not see the long term advantages of going to faculty and getting a further education. I appreciate that it is my fault this occurred and if I could go back I might change my decision. But I also have to blame my folks for not encouraging enough. They should have pushed me as hard as they could to finish my education. Well the past is the past. But now I am in a stagnant situation and don’t have the education or skills I must go further in this life.

I work as a sales representative in a women outfitter. My time here has taught me a lot about fashion and the most recent trends. I am ecstatic to say that most of our customers make it a point to find me for info on the hippest new products and what would fit their style the best. I’ve developed a great eye for these things.

There is this one lady that is a regular at our store. Her name is Mrs. Wilson. She is a lovely lady with satin like skin. I’ve always envied and admired her pretty and on occasion have fantasized about switching spots with her. She’s everything I wish I might be. I know it’s just a dumb fantasy but it is what it is. One day she walked in and I started helping her in picking out some expensive coats. She went in to try them on and I spotted her Louis Vuitton bag. My eyes became fixated on it. It looked so attractive and expensive. I couldn’t withstand the enticement to take a closer look. I picked up the bag and had a more in-depth look. A part of me was so stricken by its beauty that I considered stealing it and running away with it. As I pondered about this another sales representative walked in the room and informed me that it was not worth it. The bag was essentially a Louis Vuitton copy bag that she came in and purchased last week.

I was mortified that my pal had caught me contemplating taking the bag. I went to the same section the lady acquired the Louis Vuitton reproduction bag and was surprised at just how inexpensive the bag was. Mrs. Wilson definitely had a great sense of fashion and the duplicate looked like a standard Louis Vuitton bag. The Louis Vuitton copy looked stupendously genuine.
